You’re under a car. Klausos gets the phone.
Oily hands, a ringing phone, and the customer calling the next workshop. Klausos answers only when you can't, and books the customer into your calendar.

Three steps to your first booking
Forward your calls
One code on your phone. A call reaches the assistant only if you don't answer or you're on the line.
Enter your jobs and hours
Services, starting prices, opening hours. It takes about 15 minutes, and we can do it with you.
Bookings arrive on their own
A booking appears in your calendar, you get a text, and the customer gets a confirmation.
What the assistant asks and what it never does
It asks for
- The plate, make, model and year
- The job, or what went wrong
- A time that suits the customer
- A phone number
It never
- Diagnoses a car
- Quotes a price that isn't in your price list
- Pretends to be a person
Urgent
Brakes, a car that won't start, an overheating engine: the assistant doesn't book next week. It texts you the customer's number straight away.
Hear it with your eyes
Three conversations a workshop has every week.

What mechanics ask
We already have someone answering the phone. Why would we need this?
Then the assistant works as backup: when your receptionist is on the other line, at lunch, after hours or on a weekend. A call moves across only when nobody answers.
Customers don't want to talk to a robot.
Some don't, so the assistant says it's an AI straight away, and anyone can ask for a person at any point: you then get a callback request. Compare that with today: the customer hears it ring out and calls the next workshop.
What if the assistant books something wrong?
Before booking, it always reads back the time, the job and the plate, and the customer confirms. You see every booking at once and can change it. If in the first 30 days it books a wrong time or invents a price and we can't fix it within a day, we switch it off and you owe nothing.
How can I try it before paying?
Your first 30 days are free: we connect the assistant, and you call from your own phone and try to book yourself in.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. You keep your number and you still get every call first. Only the calls you don't answer, or that come in while you're talking, go to the assistant. One code turns forwarding on and one code turns it off.
What does the assistant do when it can't help?
It tells the caller you'll ring back and immediately texts you their number. A caller can ask for a person at any point, and you get the same callback request.
Do callers have to know they're talking to an AI?
Yes, and the assistant says so at the start of the call. The EU AI Act requires it.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Latvian and Russian. It always opens in Latvian, as the law requires, and switches to English or Russian if the caller asks.
Does it quote prices?
Only the ones you've entered yourself, and as a starting price: "from 35 euros, you'll get the exact price on site". If there's no price, it says you'll call back.
Who can see the data, and where is it?
Bookings are in your calendar, where you see them. Speech recognition, the AI and our servers run in EU data centres. Calls aren't recorded by default.
What happens after the included minutes?
The assistant keeps answering, and each extra minute costs €0.25 on Pamata, €0.20 on Standarts and €0.15 on Plus.
Does it work with my booking tool?
With Google Calendar. If you don't have a calendar, we'll give you ours.
Does joining commit me to anything?
No. It's free and non-binding. Before anything starts, we call you and talk it through.
Reserve your place now
