Where is my order? Klausos answers.

Customers ask the same thing in chat, by phone and by text: where is my order? Klausos answers from your store's own order data, says it's an AI, and hands the conversation to a person when it doesn't know.

English, Latvian and Russian · Status read from your system · Customers can ask for a person at any time

The path of one question

Every answer goes through four steps. The assistant doesn't remember or guess the status and the date: your system returns them.

  1. The customer asks

    “Where is my order?”

In chat, by text or on the phone. In its first sentence the assistant says it's an AI.

  2. Check who is asking

    Order 10482 and postcode: match

Before showing any order data, the assistant asks for a confirmation, such as the order number or the postcode.

  3. Ask the order system

order 10482 → status: shipped, delivery: 12 Nov

The assistant asks your store's system for the data, for example Shopify or WooCommerce, at that moment.

  4. Build the answer from returned values

Your order has shipped and is due on 12 November.

The assistant reads out the status and date exactly as the system returned them. If the system doesn't answer, the assistant says so and offers a person.

The highlighted values are an example. Every factual value in an answer comes from the system's response. The model only builds the sentence around them.

What it looks like in a conversation

Two conversations a store has every day. The store and the order numbers are made up.

  1. AssistantHello! This is Demo Store. I'm an AI assistant. How can I help?
  2. CallerHello. Where is my order?
  3. AssistantPlease tell me the order number.
  4. Caller10482.
  5. AssistantThank you. To make sure it's your order, please give me the delivery postcode.
  6. CallerLV-1050.
  7. AssistantThank you, that matches. Order 10482 has shipped and is due on 12 November. Can I help with anything else?
  8. CallerNo, thanks.
  9. AssistantYou're welcome. Goodbye!

Answered

A sample conversation, translated from Latvian.

It reads first, and acts only after a strong check

Most store support is a small number of questions asked constantly. The assistant answers them from live data, and takes actions only where you allow it to.

  1. Reads

    No check

Opening hours, address, delivery and returns policy, product search, stock for a specific variant.

    What must be confirmedNothing.

  2. Reads

    Identified customer

Order status with carrier and ETA, tracking detail, order history, refund status, starting a return.

What must be confirmedThe number they call from, plus the order number, the postcode or the last four digits of the order total. In chat, a signed-in store account also works.

  3. Acts

    Strongly verified

Cancelling an unfulfilled order, changing the shipping address before it ships, a discount code within a cap you set.

What must be confirmedAlso a one-time code sent to the number on the order.

  4. Hands over

    Always

Handing over to a person, and searching your knowledge base with a visible source.

    What must be confirmedAlways available.

When the assistant hands over to a person

  • The customer asks for a person in English, Latvian or Russian
  • Identity verification fails twice
  • Your system doesn't answer, even after a retry
  • The customer is angry or distressed
  • The customer asks for something no enabled tool can do

A handover lands in a built-in inbox, and can be forwarded to email or Slack. Outside business hours the assistant asks for an email address and opens the handover anyway, so the queue is ready when someone logs in.

Languages and channels

Languages

  • EnglishSwitches to English as soon as the customer asks.
  • LatvianThe assistant opens the conversation in Latvian.
  • RussianSwitches to Russian as soon as the customer asks.

A store in Rīga can take one conversation in English, the next in Latvian and the one after in Russian, and nobody switches anything.

What we promise about data

The assistant talks to your customers, so it matters where its words come from and where the data sits.

Facts from your system

Every status, date, amount and stock figure comes from your system's response and is read out exactly. If a value is missing, the assistant says so and hands the conversation to a person.

Your data kept apart

Each store's data is separated in five independent layers, and an automated test on every build checks that one store's data never reaches another.

Servers in Germany or Finland

The application, database and storage run on Hetzner servers in Germany or Finland. Model calls go to EU endpoints where the provider has one.

What store owners ask

Can the assistant give a wrong order status?

It reads the status and the date from your system and doesn't make them up. If the system doesn't answer or can't find the order, the assistant says so and hands the conversation to a person.

Can a customer get a person?

Yes, at any point and in any of the three languages. The assistant says it's an AI in its first sentence. It also hands over when identity verification fails twice, when your system doesn't answer, or when the customer is angry.

Which systems can it connect to?

Shopify (as a theme app extension, an app embed block you switch on in your theme settings), WooCommerce, REST, SQL or MCP. How many systems you can connect depends on the plan: one on Starter, three on Growth, ten on Scale.

Will the assistant cancel an order or give a discount?

After a strong check: cancelling an unfulfilled order, changing the address before it ships, and a discount code within a cap you set. It can read refund status and can start a return.

What does it cost?

Prices start at €89 per month excluding VAT. You pay for resolved conversations, and conversations we hand over to a person don't count as resolved. The full list is in the pricing section.
